Customer Service Associate
Job Description
Seeking a Customer Service Associate to manage order-related tasks, assisting sales representatives, and ensuring accurate, timely communication to meet customer expectations and deadlines.
Pay Rate: $24.00 - $28.00
Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm
Location: Near AT&T Center
Key Responsibilities

Review and send order confirmations and updates to sales representatives

Respond to inquiries regarding lead times, expedited orders, tracking, and invoices

Assist with pricing requests and priority order coordination

Create tickets for returns and replacement orders

Coordinate packing slips and freight quotes with shipping

Support order management by helping configure part numbers

Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth order processing
Qualifications
-
Associate’s degree required
-
Must be able to pass background and drug screen
-
Must be able to type 45+ WPM
-
Strong analytical and math skills
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general computer systems
