Location: Corpus Christi, Texas (in office)
Compensation: Starting at $100,000+ (commensurate with experience)

Role Overview:
The Marketing Director will spearhead the creation and execution of innovative marketing initiatives to bolster the organization’s visibility, improve patient engagement, and achieve growth targets. This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare marketing, exceptional leadership abilities, and strategic insight.
Primary Responsibilities:

Strategic Direction: Design and implement comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

Brand Oversight: Maintain and evolve brand identity, ensuring consistency across all communication platforms.

Digital Presence: Direct initiatives including website optimization, search engine marketing, email campaigns, social media strategies, and digital advertising.

Community Relations: Build strong partnerships with community organizations, local businesses, and healthcare professionals to enhance awareness and trust.

Patient-Focused Initiatives: Develop and roll out programs to attract new patients and nurture existing relationships.

Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, patient behaviors, and competitor movements to refine strategies.

Content Development: Manage the production of engaging materials for digital platforms, newsletters, and patient education.

Budgetary Leadership: Oversee marketing budgets to ensure resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.

Performance Tracking: Establish and assess marketing KPIs to measure campaign success and inform future strategies.

Team Management: Lead and inspire a talented marketing team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).

At least 10 years of professional experience in marketing in healthcare required.

Demonstrated success in strategic planning and campaign execution.

Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.

Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

Proficiency in juggling multiple priorities within a dynamic work environment.

Understanding healthcare regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
