Job Description
Looking for a hands-on opportunity where you can learn valuable manufacturing skills and build a long-term career? We are seeking four dependable Shop Laborers to join a busy East Houston production facility.
No previous manufacturing experience is required—paid, hands-on training will be provided!
Position Details
- Location: East Houston
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Position Type: Temp-to-hire
- Openings: 4
- Operate production and fabrication equipment safely
- Read and use a tape measure accurately
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the shop
- Inspect finished products for quality
- Support daily production goals in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and work instructions
- Assist with additional shop duties as needed
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working long shifts in an active shop environment
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
- Willingness to learn and train on manufacturing equipment
- Previous manufacturing, production, construction, or shop experience is helpful but not required
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
- Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
