About the Role
LKJordan is seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep, safety, and efficient operation of our facilities and equipment. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong troubleshooting skills who can work independently and proactively to minimize downtime.
Responsibilities

  • Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on buildings, machinery, and grounds

  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and HVAC systems

  • Diagnose and resolve PLC-related issues (preferred Siemens S7)

  • Conduct inspections to identify equipment issues and safety hazards

  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs

  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs and repair documentation

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA, and safety standards

  • Coordinate with outside contractors and service vendors

  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized condition

  • Assist with equipment setup, breakdown, and operational support as needed
Qualifications

  • Experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and PLC troubleshooting

  • PLC troubleshooting experience preferred (Siemens S7)

  • Knowledge of 3-phase 480V electrical systems

  • Experience with DC motor controls

  • Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills

  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings

  • Strong time-management and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Good communication skills and professional demeanor

  • Ability to lift, bend, climb, and perform physical work
Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical certification or trade school education

  • Experience in an industrial manufacturing or industrial maintenance environment

  • Knowledge of safety and maintenance compliance standards
