Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance requests and repairs in apartments and common areas.
Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance issues.
Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner.
Prepare vacant units for new residents, including cleaning, painting, and repairs.
Perform preventive maintenance to ensure building systems and equipment operate efficiently.
Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed, including after-hours on-call duties.
Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities to ensure cleanliness and safety.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and property regulations.
Keep accurate records of work performed, parts used, and completed work orders.
Provide courteous, professional communication with residents, staff, and vendors.
Requirements
Must have experience
Must have reliable transportation
Must pass background check
Must pass UA Drug Screen
$16/hr and up depending on experience and HVAC Cert
