Maintenance Technician – Beverage Production in SE Austin
Temp to Hire
Pay DOE
Schedule:
Monday – Friday and Tuesday – Saturday
Rotating weekday/weekend shifts
8–12 hour shifts, overtime available
Duties:
Assist with new equipment installations and facility upgrades
Ensure quality work from external vendors and contractors
Lead preventative maintenance for all machinery
Maintain and repair equipment, HVAC, electrical, and facility systems
Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot equipment used in canning, bottling, or food production
Perform other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly
Support safety, environmental, and fire code compliance
Qualifications:
2+ years of maintenance experience in canning, food, or beverage production
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet in a production setting
Good judgment and attention to safety
Hands-on skills with conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pumps, or fillers
Strong organization and multitasking abilities
Strong troubleshooting and teamwork skills
Understanding of food safety and sanitation requirements (HACCP knowledge a plus)
