Job Description

Logistic Coordinator

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

Scheduling and monitoring shipment status
Coordinating logistics from start to finish, including booking freight
Updating changes as needed
Maintain logistic / shipment records
Keeping communication with all parties involved in freight shipment / delivery
Managing sales orders
Prepare export documentation in compliance with regulations

To be considered for this opportunity, the following is required:

Knowledge of export regulations and documentation
Must have high level attention to detail and extremely
Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word and Adobe
Bilingual in English and Spanish

$21 - $21.50 per hour, depending on experience
