Northwest Houston Banking Client is seeking a Loan Operations Specialist
This is a project that will last until 12/31/18 or longer
Monday - Friday 8: 00am-5: 00pm
The Loan Operations Specialist is responsible for performing administrative and technical support in managing Bank loan portfolios consisting of Commercial, Consumer, and Real Estate loans. These responsibilities include but are not limited to providing support to the lending staff by review of loan packages post closing for funding, disbursing approved loans and processing loan transactions. Maintain collateral and document control by monitoring document exceptions. Responsible for document scanning and image quality insuring that loan related documents can be accessed by bank personnel.
Assures compliance with all Bank policies and procedures, as well as, all applicable state and federal banking regulations.
1.Performs loan document exception tracking
2.Performs document scanning and image quality review
3.Performs loan document and funding review
4.Performs credit inquiry / UCC Lien searches / real property lien and flood searches
5.Monitors loan portfolios (recorded documents, insurance, tax receipts)
6.Loan document preparation via Harland Laser Pro Software
7.Credit inquiry/UCC Lien searches/real property lien and flood searches
8.Loan system maintenance and renewal processing
9.Other related duties as requested or assigned

High School diploma or GED
Five years Commercial Loan Operations Experience
Three years loan documentation review experience
Three years loan document preparation experience
Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Windows (Excel, Word and Outlook)
