Overview:
We’re seeking a highly organized Facility Coordinator to support our occupied branch locations across a national real estate portfolio. This role is focused on coordinating facility repairs, managing vendor communication, and keeping maintenance records up to date. The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a central point of contact for branch teams reporting facility issues.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair services with landlords and third-party vendors, ensuring timely and cost-effective resolutions.
- Track service requests, preventive maintenance, and compliance with safety protocols.
- Review vendor quotes, issue work orders, and follow up to ensure completion.
- Maintain organized records of facility activity, vendor credentials, and service contracts.
- Communicate regularly with field personnel to support day-to-day facility needs.
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in facilities coordination, property management, or commercial operations preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret contracts and lease clauses relevant to tenant obligations.
- Excellent multitasking and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, accountability, and follow-through.
- Critical thinker who can troubleshoot problems and identify effective solutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working in digital systems or work order platforms.
