Legal Assistant – Transactional Law

Detail-oriented and experienced Legal Assistant to support a transactional attorney in matters related to deeds, notes, probate, easements, and estate planning. The ideal candidate will have prior legal experience, with consideration given to those with title company or banking experience.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Prepare and review legal documents related to real estate transactions, probate, and estate planning.
Assist with drafting deeds, notes, and easements.
Conduct legal research and maintain case files.
Coordinate with clients, title companies, and financial institutions.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards.

Qualifications needed to be considered:

Legal experience required (law firm, title company, or banking experience considered).
Notary Public certification required.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Pass background check and drug screen

$18-$21.00, depending on experience
