Lead Technician – Security Systems
LK Jordan is seeking an experienced Lead Technician for a security systems company located in Schertz, TX.
Schedule
-
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
-
Scheduled on-call rotation for nights and weekend.
Pay Rate
-
$24–$34 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience

Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years of experience with security systems, fire alarms, CCTV, and access control systems

Strong functional and technical knowledge supported by hands-on professional experience
Job Responsibilities
-
Install, service, and troubleshoot CCTV, security systems, fire alarms, and access control systems
-
Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and subcontractors to explain technical concepts and resolve issues
-
Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, materials used, and any system issues identified
-
Organize workload efficiently and work with a sense of urgency, including participation in scheduled on-call rotations
-
Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the company in a professional manner at all times
-
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
-
Maintain working knowledge of systems, applicable codes, and safety best practices
-
Maintain regular, punctual attendance
-
Accept assignments with a positive, flexible, and team-oriented attitude
Additional Requirements

Texas Fire Installer License preferred

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
