We have an immediate opening for an Inventory Coordinator with an office equipment company located on the north east side of San Antonio. Schedule is Monday- Friday from 8am-5pm with the opportunity for overtime. Pay rate is $15/ hr.
Receiving, storing, and issuing spare and replacement parts, supplies, equipment, and other items used in repair and maintenance of office product equipment.
Inventory organization and inventory accuracy of equipment, parts and supplies, and maintains inventory records.
Timely procurement of inventory items, parts and supplies needed for open hardware orders, open part-calls, open supply-orders and for the timely updating of supply, part and any open-order status.
Works cohesively with purchasing department, dispatchers, service manager & supply representatives to help verify availability of parts, supplies and equipment to ensure scheduled work performance is done timely and accurately.
Ability to lift 50 lbs. And work on your feet all day.
*Must be able to pass a background check, drug screen, and have a valid driver s license.
