Job Description

Responsible for preventative maintenance, calibration, and repair of Quality Systems Equipment in the facility.

Daily inspection of Quality Systems Equipment for proper operation.
Repair of Quality Systems Equipment both mechanically and electrically as necessary.
Calibrations, as necessary, of Quality Systems Equipment
Technical resource for Quality Systems Equipment
Training of Operators on proper usage of Quality Systems Equipment
The successful interaction with Operations, Quality, and Maintenance is a critical part of the QS/I Technician position.

Requirement
Excellent safety and attendance record
Strong communication skills
Electrical/Instrumentation/Automation experience (4 years min.), training, or education (BS or AS Degree in Technical Field)
Strong Proficiency in Computer Skills

Preferred
Basic understanding of electrical principles and electronics
Basic understanding of process control systems
Basic understanding of industrial networks and communication protocols
Mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Proficiency with electrical instruments, hand/power tools
Ability to multitask multiple projects at one time
