Job Description
L.K. Jordan's reputable manufacturing client is currently seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing requests for quotations, coordinating with engineering, completing quotations, and managing various aspects of the sales process, including order entry, documentation, and customer communication.
Salary: Starting at $22.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Flexible scheduling available)
Responsibilities:
- Review requests for quotations and relay appropriate information to Engineering.
- Complete quotations with the support of the Sales Manager.
- Coordinate delivery, order entry, documentation, and any additional customer requirements.
- Utilize strong computer skills and demonstrate proficiency in time management, organization, multitasking, and communication.
- Collaborate with onsite or vendor personnel to provide service, including pulling parts, cross-referencing descriptions, and entering orders.
- Expedite orders as requested by customers through interactions with vendors.
- Act as the customer's on-site expert as needed by attending production and engineering meetings and providing appropriate follow-up.
- Provide support to all members of the sales team to ensure optimal customer service from quote to delivery.
- Oil/Gas industry experience is a plus.
Requirements:
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent time management, organization, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with onsite or vendor personnel.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Oil/Gas industry experience is advantageous.
- Flexible schedule availability.
