Inside Sales RepresentativePosition
Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting our operations and managing vendor relationships. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has experience with QuickBooks, and excels in communication and multitasking.
Responsibilities:Sales Support:
Manage incoming customer inquiries and provide product recommendations tailored to their needs.
Process quotes, orders, and invoices efficiently using QuickBooks.
Follow up on leads and opportunities to close sales and build long-term customer relationships.
Vendor Relations:
Act as the primary point of contact for vendors to source products, negotiate pricing, and track order statuses.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks and Excel.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to track performance metrics.
Qualifications/ Requirements
2+ years of inside sales or customer service experience in an industrial or distribution setting preferred.
Proficiency in QuickBooks is required.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity with industrial products like bearings, gearboxes, and motors is a plus.
