INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for quoting and closing sales. The Company expects the Inside Sales Representative to provide the highest level of customer service, fostering the development and maintenance of strong relationships with customers and teammates.

- Provide dedicated support to answer or coordinate responses for all requests from assigned customers.
- Communicate product specifications, applications, and life cycle.
- Assist customers in determining the best solution for their needs.
- Respond to customer requests for information.
- Engage in online inventory management and email communication for the majority of the day.
- Provide information on product availability and pricing.
- Contact prospects to identify appropriate contacts, qualify leads, and drive them through the sales pipeline.
- Stay knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes and developments in the industry.
- Keep management informed of all activity, including the timely preparation of reports.
- Collaborate closely with Support, Community Management, Account Management, and Business Development teams.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related or technical field preferred.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment.
- Experienced with responding to customer inquiries and preparing sales quotes.
- Experienced with developing and maintaining strong relationships with customer base.
