Job Description
Inside Sales -
Hobbs New Mexico
Work as a part of the local team
Take incoming calls from clients and respond with answers, product quotes, availability, delivery or pickups, and short ordering from the manufacturers and other providers
Provide quotes to customers and expedite orders
Enter orders accurately and in a timely fashion
Place purchase orders with vendors for non-stock material.
Expedite and track shipments of material
Support sales staff to obtain quotes from endorse and manufacturers
Review open order reports on a weekly basis and expedite with vendors where appropriate.
Resolve problems for customers and return customer calls promptly
Maintain and modify customer database as needed
Follow policies and procedures; complete administrative tasks correctly and on time
Qualifications
Possess and demonstrate a sense of urgency
Passion for providing value and service to customers
2-5 years of experience in industrial, oil & gas product supply sales highly preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
PC proficiency with aptitude to learn new computer applications
Excellent math, verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills
Good follow up skills and persistence
