Production Lead
Job Description
The Production Lead oversees daily production operations, supervises technicians and assembly staff, and ensures lighting products are manufactured efficiently, on time, and to quality standards.
Schedule: Monday - Friday from 6:00am - 2:30pm
Pay Rate: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Location: Near AT&T Center
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee assembly, paint, fabrication, and machine department operations.
Lead the production team to meet daily and weekly output goals.
Oversee assembly and manufacturing of lighting products.
Manage production schedules, materials, and workflow.
Troubleshoot production issues and maintain quality control.
Train staff on safety, equipment, and best practices.
Coordinate with engineering, design, and logistics teams.
Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
Assist with inventory tracking and production reporting.
Qualifications:
Experience in a production lead or supervisory role in manufacturing or assembly.
Knowledge of production processes and quality control.
Must be able to pass a background and drug screen.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read technical drawings and use basic software tools.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
