CNC Machinist
Responsibilities
* Operate and program 5-Axis CNC HBM with Heidenhain Control System (e.g., Varnsdorf WHQ15CNC).
* Operate and program 4-Axis CNC HBM with Fanuc Control System (e.g., Giddings & Lewis).
* Operate and program CNC VTL with Fanuc Control System (e.g., O-M Ltd Neo-20EX).
* Interpret technical blueprints and designs to determine part specifications and requirements.
* Measure completed parts to verify conformance using precision tools (ball gauges, calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, etc.).
* Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to ensure smooth, efficient operation.
* Follow company operating procedures and safety rules.
* Maintain safety and cleanliness of the work area.
* Carry out additional duties as assigned.
Education and Training
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Technical Requirements
Knowledge of manufacturing and remanufacturing processes per API Q1, API 6A, API 16A, and API 16AR.
Knowledge of methods, tools, and techniques for CNC repair and maintenance.
Knowledge of machining and handling materials including **carbon alloy steel, stainless steel, and Inconel.
Experience
Minimum 6 years in an oil and gas manufacturing or production environment.
Minimum 6 years operating and programming CNC machines with Fanuc and Heidenhain systems.
