Quality control plan for Repair of critical Motors, valve and instrumentation, critical spare parts.
Develop and maintain quality control plans for repairs, to ensure that repair are performed per specs.
Provides input and oversight for repairs and modifications to Critical equipment at both outside shops and in the field.
Identifies unique repair techniques.
Addresses deficiencies in repair plans/methodologies/procedures at Outside shops. Assists in identification of failure causes and solutions for chronic, critical reliability issues.
Ensures repair techniques, repair procedures, and equipment specific training are documented and made available.
Equipment reliability strategy support
Assists Reliability Engineer in the development and implementation of ERSs including FMEA support, procedure development, parts identification, PPM development, Operator round tasks, etc
Assists Reliability Engineer in ERS validation efforts. Review equipment/PMO history, reports, etc to validate services are being performed at appropriate intervals, procedures are being used in repairs, Operator rounds are being executed correctly, etc.
Major outage support
Provide field coverage in Turnarounds or on critical jobs as needed.
During development of turnaround work, provides input on scope of work.
Unplanned event support
Provides Technical Expertise input into failure analysis, root cause investigations, corrective actions, etc.
Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and repair support in real time to the Plant I&E techs when resolving acute, difficult to solve problems to reduce downtime and eliminate future failures.
Supports Maintenance Procedure and troubleshooting guides
May be asked to perform technical reviews of procedures
May serves as a technical resource during procedure creation and review
Creates/develops/changes/updates job procedures and checklists, and initiates procedure MOC s as required.
Provides maintainability input to projects and other improvement activities.
Performs as quality control check on all PPM creations, changes and deletions prior to placing in SAP
Identify task list operations activities necessary to execute job plan.
Assure plan and item data is properly documented.
Updates materials/manpower estimates/tools/equipment/documents (procedures) required to perform operations on PPM task list based on various feedback sources. (i.E. Closure report, audit form, planner inputs, etc)
A resource that provides input to the planner when PPM clarification is needed.
Optimize the PPM program.
Works with the RE to identify and address PPM opportunities.
Participates in routine and special PPM optimization activities, providing technical support and review of changes.
Provides input into multi-frequency /object route development.
Provide technical support for specification, identification and purchasing of needed parts.
Knowledge of LDPE and Copolymer plant reliability (10 years of experience)
Technical knowledge of the physical, chemical, and work processes involved in business objective.
SAP working knowledge of 3 years minimum.
Microsoft Office tools working knowledge.
