Provide high-quality service while anticipating and exceeding expectations.

Supervise housekeeping staff, including inspectors, laundry attendants, and housekeeping attendants; create schedules and oversee staffing levels to meet service and labor standards.

Assign duties to ensure efficient daily operations.

Oversee all departmental functions and report to senior management.

Manage ordering, inventory control, payroll review, department budgeting, expense tracking, and cost control.

Conduct audits of inventory, payroll, productivity, and operational procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Ensure staff have proper supplies, equipment, and uniforms.

Perform all hourly functions and operate departmental equipment as needed.
-

Train new employees, conduct performance reviews, and assist with interviewing and hiring.

Address routine employee issues and recommend corrective action in accordance with company policy.
-

Train and enforce safety standards; investigate accidents and implement preventive measures.
-

Ensure proper handling, labeling, and use of approved chemicals and personal protective equipment.
-

Promote teamwork, morale, and respectful workplace behavior.
-

Represent the department at weekly staff meetings.
-
-
Maintain compliance with EEO, Fair Employment Practices, and Fair Labor Standards Act requirements.

Respond promptly to radio calls and operational needs.

Maintain knowledge of property operations, services, and surrounding amenities.

Communicate effectively with staff and management; resolve complaints professionally.

Prepare daily reports, housekeeping charts, and operational documentation.

Inspect rooms and public areas daily to ensure cleanliness and quality standards.

Enforce company policies and procedures consistently.

Ensure organization and cleanliness of linen rooms, laundry areas, storage spaces, and work carts.

Maintain proper key control and confidentiality of all operational information.
-

Identify maintenance issues and submit work orders as needed.
-

Monitor heating, cooling, and equipment settings for efficiency.
-
-
Train staff on proper operation of laundry and housekeeping equipment.
-
-
Monitor productivity standards and conduct quality control inspections.
-
-
Coordinate room readiness status with front desk staff.
-
-
Assist with room cleaning and laundry operations when necessary.
-
-
Ensure staff properly clean, organize, and restock equipment at the end of each shift.
-

Monitor cleanliness of the entire property, including exterior areas.
-
-
Practice energy conservation and cost-saving measures.
-
-
Maintain attendance standards and adhere to company policies.
-
-
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
Have reliable transportation
Pass background check and drug screening
Have experience/ qualification in the field and position
Pay:
$19.00 – $22.00 per hour
