We are currently accepting applications for the following positon located in the Southeast Area

HSEQ Level l Inspectors need for East Houston Pipe shop this is temp to perm

Pay Level l up to $22

Second Shift: 3pm- 11 pm

             Help Coordinate and Implement all Quality Management System activities.

             Maintain and Manage all Documentation Function for QMS, API and Production requirements.

             Maintains, and updates as necessary, QMS standards, procedures and form documentation.

             Monitor, analyze, and maintain both hard copy and electronic files of various quality assurance logs check sheets, and other documentation in an organized fashion.

             Conduct Daily Product Audits of Visual Acceptance and Measurement/Dimensional Records.

             Assist in or performs HSE monthly and/or tool box meetings for assigned shift; 

             Assist Shift Team Lead or Process Supervisor in completing shift first aid/medical reports; as well as, facilitates HSE incident reporting and investigations; 

             Assist in audits to ensure procedural compliance to the established HSE and Quality Management System; 

             Report discrepancies and/or anomalies when discovered; 

             Performs Quality Control inspections and verifications; identifies anomalies and root cause; 

             Facilitate corrective action requests (CAR) & (PAR) for customers, process, and internal nonconformance.? Ensure quality inspections are completed and in compliance to Quality Management System; 

             Provides training for line process inspectors; including NDT methods and verification as per SNT-TC-1A; 

             Provides training and mentoring for HSEQ Technician I and HSEQ Inspectors; including NDT methods; include but limited too:

                MP, LP, PT, UTT, RT, & VT

             Prepare records for processing and ensure maintenance of traceability; 

             Performs destructive and nondestructive testing as applicable; 

             Assist to the preparation of customer documents; including direct interface with any 3rd party inspectors; Ensures calibration and calibration controls. May be assigned calibration maintenance responsibility.    Performs receiving inspections through release of materials, items or components; and    Provides additional support to all departments. Participate in all production/quality activities.
