Job Description
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provide clerical and administrative support to the Human Resource Department to include filing, scanning, faxing, and organizing files.
- Responsible for material preparation, correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Schedule interviews, book rooms, coordinate schedules, send emails, order food
- Maintain personnel files and ensure accurate data in the company s HR information system (HRIS).
- Assists with employee questions and accurately explains company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or job applicants.
- Process necessary documentation and compile, review and distribute various HR management reports.
- Assist in the planning and organization of new hire orientations, onboarding, training, recruiting events, executive meetings, employee related activities, company events and HR initiatives.
- Work closely and effectively with the Human Resource Manager, keeping him or her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities.
- Manages and maintains the Human Resource department schedules, appointments, information and distribution lists, and travel arrangements as needed.
- Demonstrate ability to use discretion and good judgment, as well as maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Three (3+) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Microsoft: Work, Excel & PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent time management & organizational skills
- Knowledge of ICIMS
- Knowledge of SAP
- Recruiting experience
Pay is $20/hr plus depending on experience.
