Job Description

Looking for a General Manager for a beachfront resort in Port Aransas to manage 25-50 staff members. Must have strong oral and written communication skills and be " tech" saavy. Must have experience managing condominiums, HOAs or short term rentals. Must have experience managing building renovations or capital projects or improvements. This is a temp to hire opportunity and will pay $26/hr - $36/hr DOE.

Requirements include:

Minimum 2-3 years property management /community management experience in addition to other professional work experiences that demonstrate leadership capabilities
Familiar with vendor management and construction and maintenance issues
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Exceptionally strong customer service orientation
Strong Computer Skills: Word, Excel, and Outlook
Highly effective ability to build and lead a team of professionals in terms of recruiting, hiring, training, managing, developing, coaching, promoting, and releasing employees as necessary
