Manage all aspects of FOH, customer service, reservations, and seating.
Knowledge to pair wine and food correctly.
Train and supervise all FOH staff.
Ensure that a high level of customer service is always maintained.
Respond to customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
Oversee the management of reservations and seating to ensure that customers are seated timely and efficiently.
Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Work with the kitchen staff to ensure that food is prepared and served correctly.
Handle and administrative tasks, such as scheduling staff and developing budgets.
3+ years of experience as a Front of House Manager or similar role.
Excellent organization and interpersonal skills.
Strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Pay $20.00-$25.00 an hour, DOE
