Job Title: General Laborer – Caulking Company
Location: San Antonio
Pay Rate: $16- $17 (based on experience)
Schedule: 7am to 3:30pm
Job Summary:
We are seeking hardworking and reliable General Laborers to join our caulking crew. This role involves assisting experienced caulkers with job site preparation, clean-up, and support throughout the sealing process on commercial and residential construction projects. No prior caulking experience is required—just a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a team-first attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist caulking technicians with material handling and setup
• Prepare work surfaces by cleaning, taping, or masking as needed
• Load and unload tools, sealants, and equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and safety on the job site
• Help apply or smooth sealant under supervision (as trained)
• Follow all safety protocols and wear proper PPE
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day
• Willingness to work outdoors and in various weather conditions
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to take direction and work as part of a team
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
Preferred (but not required):
• Prior experience in construction, painting, or waterproofing
• Familiarity with hand and power tools
• OSHA 10 or 30 Certification
