Job Description
LK Jordan is looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper who is self-motivated, highly detail-oriented with 3-5 years of general bookkeeping experience. Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Must have general knowledge and understanding of accounting principles such as debits and credits and cash vs. accrual accounting. Previous experience with Quickbooks is required. Should have a high attention to detail and be able to research and investigate accounting statements. Must be willing to assist with all accounting tasks and administrative tasks such as filing and scanning. Schedule is Monday- Friday from 8am-5pm and pay range $18.00 - $25.00 per hour DOE.
Core Duties and Responsibilities:

Processing Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.

Review and reconcile invoice and payment discrepancies.

Perform data entry associated with all accounts.

Audit and process credit card bills.

Create Accounts Receivable invoices.

Light physical duties such as lifting files and boxes.

Other administrative duties as assigned.
Skills And Qualifications

High School Degree and some college accounting classes.

Minimum 3 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience.

Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Must be knowledgeable and have experience with QuickBooks Desktop.
