Front Office Coordinator Position

For busy medical office

 

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Answering phone and screening

  • Scheduling and canceling appointments

  • Data Entry

  • Scanning and uploading files

  • Coordinating schedule and appointments for multiple locations

 

Requirements:

  • Administrative office experience

  • Excellent Outlook, Word and Excel skills

  • Must be very organized and detail oriented

  • Pass background check and drug screen

  • Have reliable transportation

  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred

 

$17 - $18.00 per hour, depending on experience

Opportunity to grow - benefits available after perm hire
