Job Title: Front Desk Sales Admin
Location: Northwest San Antonio, TX
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20 - $23 per hour, depending on experience
Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Front Desk Sales Admin to join our client's team in a fast-paced sign company. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent customer service while supporting the sales team with administrative tasks. This role requires someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers both in-person and via phone, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.

Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary.

Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales documents, tracking orders, and maintaining customer records.

Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the sales department.

Handle basic invoicing and payment processing, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.

Assist with maintaining office supplies and ensuring a clean, organized front desk area.

Communicate with vendors and suppliers to track orders and ensure timely delivery.

Assist with creating and updating sales reports and performance metrics.

Collaborate with other departments as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a sales environment.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy office setting.

Reliable transportation for commuting to NW San Antonio.
