Front Desk Customer Service
Job Description
This person will have the following responsibilities:
Answer calls heavy call volume (12 phone lines)
Provide excellent customer service while assisting caller requests
Reconcile gas tickets Fuel bills on Excel worksheet
Reconcile purchase orders, matching PO with order once delivered
Maintain database for Pallet exchange program RPC ( Reusable plastic container program ) / Chep Pallet
Clients will post orders and add-ons thru an electronic web based system would need to bill from the printed copies from this system
**Accuracy is a must when entering in data, more important than speed**
Creating / maintaining time cards for new hires and employees ( placing name on time cards and having them accessible)
Will be responsible for hands on approach to job, i.E. Accessing the warehouse. Knowing products and processes of warehouse.
Assist with walk in customers, i.E. Orders payments, questions
Required skills:
- Minimum of 5 years experience with related duties
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Able to work well in fast paced environment
- Be comfortable with blue collar environment and must dress appropriately for the environment
- Proficient with MS office skills / Excel / Word / Outlook /
- Good with math and numbers
This is a full time position with the hours as follows:
Monday Friday, 5: 30am 1: 00pm with a 30 minute lunch
Saturday, 5: 30am 12 noon
(TOTAL HOURS PER WEEK WILL BE 41 )
