Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Food Safety Compliance Assistant in San Antonio, TX. This individual supports the executive tram in maintaining all compliance-related functions, particularly ensuring food safety documents are up to date and accurate. The ideal candidate has a background in food safety within the FDA-regulated environment and possesses advanced proficiency in MS Word and Excel. Starting pay is $20.00 to $24.00 hourly.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the creation, updating, and auditing of food safety compliance documentation and logs.
Efficiently manage and maintain various documents utilizing Microsoft Excel and Word.
Conduct monitoring reviews to ensure accuracy, maintain compliance records, and provide timely detailed reports.
Collaborate with team members to uphold compliance and record-keeping standards, and participate in special projects as needed.

Requirements:

Advanced skills in MS Word and Excel, with previous experience in a compliance or food safety role.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
