LK Jordan & Associates are seeking a motivated, intelligent, personable, and experienced Financial Services Representative II
Hourly salary ranging from $17.00 to $18.50, plus incentives provided monthly goals are met.
• Reports to Branch Manager
Description of the position:
Direct the flow of traffic in the lobby.
Greet members and visitors while providing prompt, accurate and courteous service to all guests.
Demonstrate a positive, friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
Receive and pay out money, with keep records of money and negotiable instruments involved in financial transactions.
Open new accounts, provide information on all loan types to members and completes loan applications.
Cross sells products and services.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are required, and attention to detail is a must.
Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
Requirements:
• Bank or Credit Union experience is a plus.
• Experience with booking loans, closing out loans and cross selling.
• Works well in a team environment and communicate professionally.
• Demonstrate a positive, friendly and professional demeanor always.
Monday - Friday from 8:45 am to 5:15 pm and every other Saturday from 8:45 am to 1:15 pm.
