Facilities Technician II (Temporary)
We are seeking a Facilities Technician to support a mixed-use development north of downtown, including commercial spaces, restaurants, and residential properties. This is currently a temporary role, with the potential for long-term opportunity based on performance and business needs.
This role is responsible for maintaining and repairing building systems to ensure properties remain safe, functional, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine and preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems

Troubleshoot and repair issues in a timely manner

Complete work orders and maintain accurate service records

Conduct property inspections and address safety or maintenance concerns

Support both commercial and residential tenants with maintenance needs

Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs
Requirements:

3–5 years of facilities or maintenance experience

Experience in commercial and/or residential environments

Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently

Working knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.)

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work indoors/outdoors as needed
