Job Description
Executive Assistant to Credit Department
Monday- Friday 8am-5pm
RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet customers and answer telephones; schedule appointments, take messages, place calls and answer questions.
Performs complex secretarial, clerical and administrative duties for Bank senior officers. Prepares invoices, reports, memos, letters and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database or presentation software.
Acts as Executive lobby receptionist. Greets customers and responds to questions, answer telephones, takes messages, and schedules appointments.
Prepares agendas and makes arrangements for meetings.
Serves as clerical back up to other Executive Assistants, systems and input functions.
Maintains, files, and retrieves general and confidential files, documents, records, and reports.
Writing and editing emails.
Provides organizational support for the Credit Departments
Draft memos and preparing communications on the CEOs behalf.
Prepare packets for board meetings, and taking minutes.
Maintain accurate records.
Maintain general and confidential files.
Receive and process incoming mail.
Notarize documents
Assist officer with any correspondence necessary for outside memberships or organizations endorsed
Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS
High School Graduate or GED
Administrative or personal assistant experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
PREFERRED
Associates or Bachelor degree preferred
Notary Public or willing to obtain notary license
$18-$26 D.O.E
