service skills. Proficiency in MS office products and Adobe.
This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers,
phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required, which would require the ability to lift files, open
filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work 2
This is a full-time position, and typical work hours are Monday through Friday 8: 00 a.M. To 5 p.M. Some flexibility
in hours is needed, but the associate must work 30 hours each week to maintain full-time status.
Required Education and Experience
Minimum of 10 years working experience as Admin/Exec Assistant or Two years college. Degree preferred but not
required. Experience in providing executive level support. Experience dealing with Boards of Directors. Experience
in legal, accounting or investment industries a must. Paralegal experience a huge plus.
