Administrative Assistant
Supporting busy construction company
Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

Preparing client proposals and PowerPoint presentations

Creating PO's
-
Invoicing
-
Answer phone and route calls
-
Creating documents and emails for office staff
-
Run errands and make bank deposits when needed
-
Any additional office support that is needed
Requirements needed to be considered:
-
Skilled at Microsoft Office Suite, emphases on PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
-
Minimum of five years administrative support experience
-
Pass background check
-
Have valid drivers license and good driving record
Starting pay is $21-25.00 per hour, depending on experience
