Equipment Order Processor

Equipment Order Processor needed for a commercial office equipment provider with a location in San Antonio. This person is responsible for processing equipment orders received by the branch coordinators, entering mainframe and equipment accessory orders into the system, monitoring open-order reports, and ensuring inventory levels are maintained to enable the highest fulfillment rates and customer satisfaction is obtained. Starting pay is $12.00 - $14.00 per hour.
Ordering equipment and accessories as needed and requested.
Demonstrates continuous effort to improve business operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service
Process and communicate sales orders.
Input serial numbers and other information into our E-Automate system.
High school diploma or GED
Excellent customer service experience
Basic office skills to include use of a computer and phone
Experience with E-Automate preferred , but not required
Inventory Control experience desired
Essential Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Pull, lift, reach and transport equipment parts and boxes.
