Entry-Level Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative
Location: North Houston, TX
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Pay: $35,000 - $40,000 per year
LK Jordan is seeking an Entry-Level Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative for a growing manufacturing company in North Houston.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional looking to build a long-term career in customer service and sales. We're seeking an individual with a strong work ethic, professional communication skills, excellent attendance, and a willingness to learn.
The ideal candidate is dependable, customer-focused, coachable, and eager to contribute to a team-oriented environment. The company is willing to invest in the right person and provide training, mentorship, and opportunities for advancement.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone and email
- Assist customers with questions, orders, pricing, and product information
- Prepare and follow up on customer quotes
- Process customer orders and updates
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Support the sales team with account management activities
- Work closely with operations and internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Learn company products, processes, and industry terminology
- Assist with identifying opportunities to grow existing customer accounts
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Customer service experience preferred
- Sales or sales support experience is a plus
- Coachable and receptive to feedback
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- High school diploma or equivalent
