LK Jordan is hiring for our client, who is searching for an entry-level Project Engineer to join their team in the water industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to develop a career in engineering, ready to dive into hands-on tasks, and skilled in handling multiple responsibilities.

Position Overview
In this role, you’ll be working on a variety of projects, from supporting production processes to assisting in design and testing. You’ll also play a part in product development and work closely with the engineering team to keep projects on track.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and Modify Technical Designs: Work on general arrangements, piping layouts, and flow diagrams using AutoCAD MEP or AutoCAD Inventor.
  • Project Management Support: Develop project timelines, maintain accurate bills of materials, and keep detailed records throughout the production process.
  • Assist in Testing and Development: Help evaluate systems and components, troubleshoot issues, and create testing equipment when needed.
  • Collaborate with Engineering Leads: Maintain open communication with the Manufacturing Engineering Lead to keep projects aligned and moving forward.
  • Product Development: Support the creation of both 2D and 3D product drawings, as well as professional-grade documentation and operation manuals.
  • Contribute to Manufacturing Process: Get hands-on in supporting the assembly and production of water treatment systems as needed.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience using AutoCAD MEP or AutoCAD Inventor.
  • Background knowledge in equipment design, specifications, and construction is helpful.
  • Familiarity with water treatment systems is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Spanish proficiency is a plus.
