Location: Houston, TX
Pay: $22/hour + commission and bonus potential based on performance
Are you looking to build a long-term career in a company that values grit, growth, and internal promotion? We are seeking an ambitious, coachable, and customer-focused individual to join our team in an Inside Sales/Customer Service role.
What You’ll Do:
Start in the warehouse to gain firsthand knowledge of our products (up to 3 months)
Transition into a fully trained Inside Sales role (training provided, typically up to 6 months)
Collaborate with Account Managers to deliver outstanding service to our customers
A driven and confident go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Someone with grit, passion, and the desire to learn and grow
Strong sense of urgency and a willingness to be coached
Basic computer proficiency and mechanical aptitude
Competitive pay starting at $22/hr
