Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Electronic Assembler Tech to join our growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic components and assemblies while ensuring products meet quality and performance standards. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with electronics assembly experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble electronic components and systems using hand tools, soldering equipment, and automated machinery.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Wire and solder components onto circuit boards and electronic assemblies.
- Perform inspections and testing to verify product quality and functionality.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair faulty components and assemblies.
- Document testing results and maintain accurate production records.
- Calibrate and maintain assembly equipment as needed.
- Follow established safety procedures and cleanroom protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve technical issues and improve product quality.
- Technical school certification or related electronics manufacturing experience preferred.
- Experience with soldering, wiring, electronic assembly, and testing.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills and experience maintaining production documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- PCB (Printed Circuit Board) assembly experience.
- Experience working in electronics manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with testing and diagnostic equipment.
- Knowledge of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) handling procedures.
- Experience in a cleanroom or controlled manufacturing environment.
