Job Description
Electrical Engineer
Job Duties include the following:
Provide technical assistance
Oversee set up and operation of test equipment
Write engineering specifications and procedures
Work with Quality Department to conduct inspections and report findings and recommendation
Work with contractors and vendors in repair, maintenance, purchase and design of in- shop electrical equipment.
Analyze reports, maps, drawings, test and other data to plan and design work.
Assemble bid, approval and construction issue drawing packages
Use engineering and design computer software to complete assigned work.
Skills/Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering
Must have Vibration Institute Training
Effective written, verbal, and electronic communication. English required.
Excellent proficiency using MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook or other industry specific software required.
Strong knowledge (SCADA) Programming.
Must be available to work overtime and weekends as needed.
Ability to improve on current process and recommend innovative technology or design
Pay: $31 - $45.00 an hour, depending on experience
