E-Commerce Customer Service Representative needed for an office product distributor in NE San Antonio. This individual will interact with customers and suppliers and will manage/monitor all new orders and inventory levels. In addition, this individual will analyze inventory trends and monitor competitor s listings. Starting pay for this opportunity is $15.00 - $18.00 hourly, DOE.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

         Monitor all online product listings for quality, accuracy, placement and pricing and make recommendations for improvement

         Monitor inventory to ensure consistent stocking at all times, including placing work orders for needed product and ensuring timely shipment.

         Identify excess inventory or low selling products, make recommendations for discounting, recalling or modifying listing to improve sales.

         Monitor product and company reviews and respond accordingly to minimize negative impact and handle any claims for product issues, account reimbursement, etc.

         Monitor and remedy any account performance notifications, overall account health and reconcile inbound inventory.

         Monitor competitor s listings for trade mark infringement, image theft, product sales trends or any other issues which impact our product or sales.

         Receive all sales orders and input into order management software

o   Verify if customer has outstanding balance/credit hold, work with customer if needed to clear out account before new order is processed

o   Collect deposit, pre-payment etc. By credit card if applicable

o   Mark customer orders on hold in order management software if applicable

o   Monitor on-hold orders for payments received

         Verify sales tax status and ensure exemption form is on file if applicable

         Work with customer on order details and finalize order

         Check production schedule and set timeline/due date

         Input new order and timeline into order management system, alerting the Production Manager of any unusual or special instructions

 

Minimum Requirements & Traits:

 

         HS Diploma or GED

         Proficiency with MS Office Suite

         Strong attention to detail

         Good analytical/problem solving sills.

         Customer Service related experience is ideal.
