Delivery Driver
Job Description
L.K. Jordan is seeking an experienced Delivery Driver in Schertz, TX. As a Delivery Driver, you will have face-to-face contact with customers as you deliver orders. You will safely drive a company truck from the warehouse to each destination, providing on-time delivery and good customer service.
Starting pay: $18.00 hourly.
Schedule: Monday – Friday from 6:00am – 3:00pm.
Primary Duties:
- Help determine best routes for delivery to meet customer expectations
- Deliver products to customers while providing excellent customer service
- Load and unload trucks and use warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- Inspect vehicle and supplies
- Carefully package product for shipment
- Ability to use forklift, cherry picker, pallet jack, pallet wrap machine, wire cutter, etc
- Safely operate vehicle at all times
- Maintain proper truck logs
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience
- Valid Texas Driver License (NO CDL required)
- Ability to use forklift, cherry picker and pallet jack
- Must be able to pass background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screen.
