Job Description


We are hiring Drill Shaft/Concrete Laborers to work in projects in and around Houston and Conroe area.




Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to [End Time] (typically 40-55 hours per week with good weather conditions)




Responsibilities:
  • Perform various tasks related to drill shaft and concrete labor
  • Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Use hands and tools to complete assigned tasks




Requirements:
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must speak some English
  • Must be able to meet physical requirements (work is outdoors and can be hot)
  • Must have experience working outside
  • Must be able to work with hands




Preferences:
  • Looking for individuals who are dedicated and focused on their work
  • Candidates must not be distracted by personal cell phones during work hours




Additional Information:
  • Opportunity for a raise based on performance evaluations
  • Background checks will be considered on a case-by-case basis
