Job Description
Director of Facilities Development
Fantastic Opportunity as a Director of Facilities Development for a well known Health Care System. This candidate must have a strong commitment to service excellence, positive clinical outcomes, cost efficiency, performance enhancement and high business ethics. Comprehensive knowledge in the area of specialty with a results oriented and patient centered focus, supporting the strategic vision of the organization. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. Must be able to demonstrate competence to perform assigned as well as general customer assistance responsibilities in a manner that meets the age-specific and developmental needs of customers encountered.
Breakdown of time management:
20% Planning and implementation of projects
20% Hire and coordinate project staff, providing leadership, direction, and support
10% In collaboration of senior management of projects
10% Development of project plans and communication document
10% Define project takes and resource allocation
10% Manage budget and project resource allocation
10% Communicate project expectations clearly to team members and stakeholders
10% Track and manage project deliverables using appropriate tools
Must have a Bachelors degree in Architecture/Engineering or related field plus 8 years of construction related experience, with 4 years as a supervisor or project manager. Pay is DOE.
