Supervisor - Minot AFB, ND
Hourly Rate: $20.20
Schedule: Set schedule of 35 hours per week, 4 days per week. Various options available, including Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday, with shifts from 5:45 AM - 3:00 PM or 3:00 PM - 12:45 AM. Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
We are seeking a Supervisor to provide on-site oversight and coordination of routine work activities at a military dining facility. This role involves ensuring that all operations are conducted efficiently, safely, and in compliance with contractual and governmental regulations. The successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance.
Primary Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations to ensure compliance with contract requirements.

Ensure TRDI employees, subcontractors, and vendors comply with all contractual and government regulations.

Act as the primary point of contact with the Government, with authority to make decisions on all contract matters, excluding amendments or modifications.

Oversee and maintain the Quality Control and Safety Program per contract and regulatory requirements.

Manage and maintain the contract budget, ensuring process efficiency.

Schedule personnel, review and approve time cards, and manage inventory of supplies, equipment, and vehicles.

Set employee expectations, conduct reviews and counseling, and implement process improvement plans.

Execute Employee Performance Evaluations through the payroll system within appropriate timeframes.

Ensure safety protocols are followed, providing training for equipment operation and work practices.

Manage the contract AbilityOne Ratio requirements through proper scheduling of disabled and non-disabled employee hours.

Complete Limitation & Accommodation Quarterly Reports for each AbilityOne employee.

Facilitate the AbilityOne interview process and coordinate the collection of medical documentation.

Execute required reports, inspections, and logs per contract specifications.

Provide field information and specifications for estimates related to contract modifications.

Perform other tasks as directed by the Project Manager/Supervisor.
Minimum Requirements:
-
Must be able to obtain and maintain military base clearance.

Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Knowledge of Quality Control and Safety Program management.

Experience in budgeting, inventory management, and employee scheduling.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
