Job Description
LK Jordan is seeking an Cycle Counter for a local manufacturer in east San Antonio. Schedule is Monday- Friday from 6: 00am- 2: 30pm. Main responsibilities will include monitoring and controlling inventory integrity by maintaining product identification and location program. Pay rate is $17.00 hourly DOE.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Research inventory discrepancies and conduct Root Cause Analysis on inventory discrepancies.
Responsible for completing physical inventories/cycle counts/random or receipt audits/reconciliations.
Track and report non-conforming product.
Communicate and Resolve inventory problems in a timely manner.
Document damaged product.
Ensure VMI count is accurate
Comply with all company policies, rules, guidelines, and behavior expectations.
Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
Present weekly reports on cycle count status
Required Education and Experience:
High School Diploma
1-2 years warehouse experience doing inventory counts/cycle counts
Detail oriented with accurate counting skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Accustomed to a fast-paced environment
Skilled at multi-tasking
Skillful with computers and computer software (Syteline, Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Smoke free workplace.
Must have COVID-19 vaccine or be willing to be vaccinated.
Physical Requirements:
Able to lift up to 50 pounds
Manual dexterity to use computer equipment
Climb ladders and stairs to check inventory
Able to certify to and operate a forklift
