Job Description


L.K. Jordan is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a water conditioning company located in Seguin, TX to perform clerical and administrative duties, and provide professional customer service to co-workers and customers in a fast-paced environment. Pay rate is $18.00 - $20.00 hourly DOE. Schedule is Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage incoming calls

  • Resolve product or service issues, ensuring customer satisfaction

  • Schedule deliveries and service calls

  • Update and audit customer records

  • Handle payments and collection calls

  • Prepare compliance and regulatory reports

  • Attend meetings and training sessions

  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements: 

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS, CSD, GPS Program, and communication systems

  • Must be able to pass a background and drug screen. 

  • Multitasking, planning, organizing, attention to detail, teamwork, ethics, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
