Customer Service Representative
Location: San Antonio, TX
Pay: $14 – $20/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Debt Redemption, a fast-paced and client-focused debt relief company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. This entry-level opportunity offers room for growth and the chance to help individuals and families get back on track financially.
What You’ll Do:

Answer incoming calls and assist with client questions

Provide information about services and schedule consultations

Assign prospective clients to the enrollment team

Follow up on leads—no cold calling required

Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

Coordinate appointments using a shared calendar

Maintain client confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
What We’re Looking For:

Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Tech-savvy and comfortable working independently

A positive, professional demeanor and high level of integrity
